RELIV SHIPPING POLICY

(Standard Orders & Pre-Orders)

This Shipping Policy explains how RELIV orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Most customers are in the U.S., so U.S. timing is the primary reference.
When available, the most accurate delivery estimate will always be shown on the product page and again at checkout.

1. Order Types

RELIV orders may fall into one of the following categories:

  • Standard Orders — In-stock items eligible for fulfillment.
  • Pre-Orders — Items sold in advance due to high demand and limited or scheduled availability.

Your order type and estimated ship window are communicated on the product page and/or at checkout.

2. Order Processing (Before Shipment)

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and fulfillment center closures.
  • For most in-stock items, processing typically takes 24–72 business hours before shipment.
  • Some products or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. If so, the final estimate will be shown on the product page/checkout.

3. Standard Shipping (In-Stock Orders)

United States (Most Orders):

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2–6 business days
  • Timing starts from the date your order is shipped (not the purchase date).

Outside the United States:

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 5–12 business days
  • International delivery may take longer due to customs clearance or local carrier handoff.

Examples (International):

  • Canada: typically 5–10 business days after shipment
  • Australia: typically 7–12 business days after shipment
  • New Zealand: typically 7–12 business days after shipment



Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier performance, holidays, weather, and external factors.

4. Pre-Orders & High Demand Shipping



During high demand, RELIV may offer certain items as Pre-Orders to manage inventory and fulfillment responsibly.
Pre-Order details (including the estimated ship window) are disclosed on the product page and/or at checkout.

How Pre-Orders Work

  • Pre-Orders ship in scheduled fulfillment batches (“Bunches”).
  • Your order ships once your assigned Bunch is released into fulfillment.
  • Once shipped, delivery follows the same estimates listed in Section 3.

Important Notes

  • Pre-Order timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Ship windows may shift due to demand, inventory flow, production schedules, inbound freight, or logistics constraints.
  • The product page + checkout estimate is the most accurate reference for your order.

5. Products With Longer Delivery Times



Some RELIV products may have longer delivery timelines depending on availability, demand, or where the product ships from.
When this applies, the final and most accurate delivery estimate will be shown on the product page and again at checkout.

6. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking email once your order is packed and scanned by the carrier.
  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement after label creation.
  • If your order is awaiting a Pre-Order Bunch release, tracking will not be available until fulfillment begins.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
  • RELIV is not responsible for delays caused by address errors provided by the customer.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International)



International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.

9. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

Delivery estimates may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs or regional disruptions

RELIV is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the order has shipped.

The 30-day return or trial period starts once your order is delivered, regardless of whether the order was shipped as a standard order or a pre-order.
