How does it wake me up?
Vibration on your wrist. Set your time, alarm days and one of five levels. Eight regular alarms and four snooze alarms.
What if I’m a heavy sleeper?
Choose your vibration level and try it alongside your usual alarm while you get familiar with it. Results vary by sleeper.
Battery and charging?
Up to 20 days standby; active use varies with alarms, vibration strength and display use. USB-C charging. 70 mAh rechargeable battery, rated for over 300 charge cycles.
Does it need my phone?
No Bluetooth. No pairing. Set everything directly on the band.
What else does it do?
Basic sleep monitoring, a step counter with 8 days of activity data, stopwatch and a 1–99 minute countdown. Raise your wrist to read the LED time.
What’s the fit and material?
Adjustable silicone, about 20 g. Overall dimensions: 265 × 16.5 × 10 mm. IP67 water resistance for everyday splashes.
How do the launch packs work?
One band is $49.95. Buy two, get one free: three bands for $99.90 ($33.30 each). Buy three, get three free: six bands for $149.85 ($24.98 each, rounded). Choose a color for every band.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Estimated batch dates: November 3, November 23 and December 13, 2026. Your order joins the open batch displayed above. Allow up to 3 calendar days after your batch date for preparation, then an estimated 5–17 business days after dispatch for delivery. Transit time excludes the wait for your batch and preparation. Dates are estimates, and we will notify you of material delays. Shipping policy.
What are my shipping options?
Standard pre-order shipping is free to supported destinations, with estimated delivery 5–17 business days after dispatch. VIP Priority Shipping is $9.90, with estimated delivery 4–9 business days after dispatch. Both options wait for your pre-order batch and allow up to 3 calendar days for preparation after the batch date. Available options are shown at checkout.
How does the 99-day launch trial work?
Your 99-day trial starts on delivery. You may use RYVO, then request a return within 99 days. Keep the original packaging and all accessories; return the bands complete and in reasonable condition. Normal wear is accepted. Refunds follow receipt and a condition and completeness check. Original shipping charges are not refunded; return shipping is at your cost. Standard orders outside the launch offer have a 14-day return window for unused products with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Full return policy.
