Refund policy

RELIV RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We design RELIV products to be used  not to sit in drawers.
That said, if something doesn’t work for you, here’s how returns and refunds work.


1. 30-Day Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for purchases made directly from the RELIV website.

The 30-day period starts once your order is delivered, not when it ships.


2. Product Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, eligibility depends on the product type:

  • Dietary supplements, oral strips, creams, serums, and topical products
    Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Nasal or mouth products (adhesive-based or hygiene-sensitive items)
    Cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies  contact us before sending anything back.


3. How to Start a Return

Email info@relivstore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A short explanation (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions if applicable.
Do not send items back without confirmation.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, mention it in your email.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Shipping fees (unless the issue was our error)

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email info@relivstore.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if available)

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund  whichever makes sense.


8. Return Shipping

  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • RELIV is not responsible for lost return shipments

9. Our Commitment

We don’t hide behind policies.

Some products are restricted by hygiene and safety rules  but if something feels off, talk to us.
We review every case individually and aim for the fairest solution allowed.

Long-term trust matters more than one order.
